RETURNS POLICY

For online purchases only, if you are dissatisfied with your items, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange for any item in a saleable condition.

Please ensure to return items within 14 days, or notify us within the same period if you plan to send them back. If we do not receive your return or hear from you within 14 days, any items received after this time will be eligible for an exchange or credit note only up to 28 days. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

If you have received a faulty item or wrong item, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our Rugby store for a refund within 14 days with proof of purchase. It will be refunded via the same payment method. Please allow up to 3 days for a refund to show back in your account.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
